1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Gem Stash ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
Gem Stash provides inventory management, consignment tracking, and invoicing tools for the gem industry. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Data Accuracy & Security
While Gem Stash implements industry-standard security measures to protect your inventory data, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system (valuations, carat weights, etc.). Gem Stash is not liable for financial losses resulting from incorrect data entry.
5. Subscription & Payment
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gem Stash and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
